Not necessarily. A petition is an early proposal. An order is placed through MemeMeet Shop checkout for a product or drop that is available there.
What is the difference between a limited drop and a ready-to-ship product?
A limited drop is a limited-product presale or sale. A ready-to-ship product is presented in MemeMeet Shop as available inventory rather than an early proposal.
Who can design merchandise?
