Meme culture, made physical

What Is MemeMeet?

MemeMeet is a platform that takes meme culture and internet-native IP and brings it into physical products. Communities propose merch born from shared internet culture, back it early, and buy it as limited public drops — from first idea to a real product you can hold.

01

Meme Culture, Made Physical

What is internet culture merch?

Internet culture merch is physical merchandise — apparel, plush, pins, accessories — built around memes, jokes, and characters that originated in online communities rather than traditional media franchises. It lets people wear and hold the culture they participate in daily.

02

How Memes Become Physical Products

How do memes become physical products on MemeMeet?

Through five steps: Co-create (a community proposal forms around a cultural idea), Early Backing (backers provide initial funding), Public Drop (a limited presale or sale opens), Fulfill (production, refunds, and delivery complete), and Onchain Rewards (attribution and eligible rewards are recorded on Base). Not every proposal reaches production.

03

What Internet-Native IP Means Here

What does internet-native IP mean in MemeMeet's context?

In MemeMeet's copy, internet-native IP describes characters and ideas that originate inside internet communities — memes, streamer culture, on-chain community icons — as opposed to licensed entertainment franchises. It is a cultural-origin description only; it states where ideas come from, not who owns them.

04

How MemeMeet Differs From Print-on-Demand Stores

How is MemeMeet different from print-on-demand platforms like Printful?

Print-on-demand platforms print whatever a seller uploads, usually as unlimited catalogs. MemeMeet validates demand before production: proposals go through community petitions and early backing, and only supported ideas open as limited public drops, with contributions and rewards recorded on Base.

05

Is MemeMeet an App, a Store, or a DApp?

Is MemeMeet a regular Shopify store or a DApp?

Both parts work together. Checkout, production, and delivery run through Shopify on mememeet.shop, while backing records, refunds, badges, and eligible rewards are recorded on Base Mainnet (chain ID 8453). MemeMeet's docs state launches are not token sales or airdrops.

06

Where to Browse and Buy

Where can I browse MemeMeet products?

Live products are on mememeet.shop, split between limited community drops currently gathering demand and ready-to-ship items already in stock. Early proposals that have not reached a drop can be followed on community.mememeet.shop as petitions.

07

Backing a Product Before It Ships

Can I back a MemeMeet drop before it goes into production?

Yes. Early Backing lets supporters fund a proposal before its public drop. Per MemeMeet's community site, if the petition reaches its target and the drop succeeds, contributors can reclaim their contribution and receive a Contributor Badge. Backing grants no equity or IP ownership.

08

Who MemeMeet Is For

Who is MemeMeet for?

Three groups: community supporters who back petitions and track rewards; approved creators, who join an invite-only whitelist to design merch; and community organizers who test demand for product ideas before committing to a public drop.

FAQ

More questions about MemeMeet

What is MemeMeet?

MemeMeet is a platform that brings meme culture and internet-native IP into physical products. Communities propose merch based on shared internet culture, backers fund early stages, and finished items are sold as limited public drops. Proposals move through co-creation, early backing, public drop, fulfillment, and on-chain reward recording.

What does MemeMeet do?

MemeMeet coordinates the journey from a meme-born product idea to a shipped item: community petitions surface early proposals, early backers provide initial funding, successful proposals open as limited public drops, and Shopify handles checkout and fulfillment while Base records contributions and rewards.

How does MemeMeet's process work from idea to product?

An idea starts as a petition — an early proposal people can follow. If it gains support, early backers fund the first step, then a limited public drop opens for presale or sale. After fulfillment, attribution and any eligible rewards are recorded on chain. Rewards depend on campaign rules and are not guaranteed.

Does MemeMeet sell official Doge or Pepe merchandise?

MemeMeet's storefront lists Doge-, Pepe-, and other character-themed items, but no licensing relationship with any character's rights holders has been publicly verified, so they should not be described as official or licensed merchandise. Rights status: unknown.
